Welcome to Fox & Vine, a counseling center offering individual & couples therapy to the Hattiesburg area. At F&V, we provide a safe space where you can gain the skills necessary for change. One of my core beliefs as a human and a therapist, is the importance of human connections to our mental, physical, & spiritual health. At the heart of my counseling approach, is a desire to help my clients learn how to remove the barriers that keep them from being able to meaningfully connect. When we go through traumatic or painful experiences in our lives, we often cope in ways that separate us from our genuine self and this impacts every area of life.
